"Resurrection Mary"

While there are many stories of hitchhiking ghosts, Chicago's "Resurrection Mary" is by far the most famous and the best documented.
In the 1930's Mary was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver while walking home from the O'Henry Ballroom. This blonde haired, blue eyed, spirit is frequently seen walking to or from the site. On occasion, multiple witnesses have given her a lift, only to see her disappear at the gates of the Resurrection Cemetery.
