"Ghosts of the Red Lion Pub" |
||
| Originally built in 1882, The Red Lion Pub has become known as the most haunted restaurant in Chicago. Located directly across the street from the Biograph Theater where John Dillinger met his demise, many spirits have made their presence known. A man in cowboy garb, a man with a black beard, another who walks through the downstairs bar, and a tall blond gentleman are all frequent visitors. The most striking may be the spirit of a young girl who passed over many years ago in the building. She has been seen numerous times my many visitors, always accompanied by the strong scent of lavender. |
